如果調假請假來番教會,老細實唔續你約，甚至出警告信

只要樓主選擇工作時間與寫字樓辦公日子與時間相若的工，那麼上班及返教會的時間便不會有衝突。 |

Well, that's why alot of church in HK have weedday service for people who need to work weekends..
But in US, if company demand you towork on sunday (they they will have to pay you 1 1/2 times your hourly wages (if hourly) and if salary (then they will use you bi weekly salary and divided the date of normal work week, then the hourly wages that they got will be times 1 1/2) failure to do so is against some state law.
and If you need to go to church, but company said you cannot and you have to work...the company will violate the labor law, and also violate the US admentent on freedom of religion and worship....there are cases that the employer paid alot of $$$ to settle it.

Does Hk have freedom of religion practice law or labor law that protect laborers right to workship, if so, then the owner will violate the law...and the warning letter can be evidence.
