Well... Seems like these CA crew are really not doing a good job... And in fact if this kind of attitude continue with this CA crew, CX crew and CX would be the one who suffer as CX crew would have to stick with these unprofessional crew and with the bad attitude... It help CX to get rid of passenger... And CX would suffer from the bad crew preformance...
To normal passenger... They dont really care if these crew are from CA or CX itself... As long as they are wearing CX uniform, they are representing the airline... And with this kind of attitude... It just help the destory the good preformance that those CX crew have done and worked hard to get the airlines up to the point being a 5star carrier...
But with the low wages that these CA crew receive and the little training that they do... It really help the airlines to cut cost... As if they put one of these CA crew on every flight... How much they could end up saving??? But CX really need to think once again... Is it worth doing this to have these cheap labour and destory the reputation that took them years to build up???
