1. Guangzhou's new TV Tower glimmers in all sorts of colours at night. It's not a static display - the colours change constantly.
4. By day, it's a long wait to get up to the top. Unfortunately, a smog problem persists in this part of southern China.
9. Zhujiang New Town is a new central business district under construction in the eastern part of town. The TV tower is supposed to finish off the axis.
12. The stadium at the bottom was a major venue for the 2010 Asian Games.
17. The lattice structure looks great from the outside, but it blocks a lot of views inside.
23. Cultural facilities have been added to the new central business district. Guangdong Museum already saw long line-ups early in the morning for free entrance. I had to buy admission to a special exhibition to gain immediate access.
