various buses were drafted from other garages in First, but at least 5 volvo B7 with president bodies are on loan from East Thames buses. First operate exactly the same sort of vehicles in their Orpington depot.
Here are VP12 on the 7 and VP20 on route 23 taken today.

2. while this goes on, First continue to loan 11 of their own tridents to Metroline for route 4- this is to assist the shortfall caused by the late delivary of the E400.
