Glad I dun see that so far, btw: I finally place an order for Smart Passion in Vancouver MB, however, I will not have the car till April 2006.  Also, i have to pay extra $700CAN for converting the gauges to MPH.  (Since in WA, the rule for importing cars are really lax, I will register the car in BC first (As my friends is the legal owner) then 1/2 year later, i can transfer the title to myself and register it as a used car from Canada.

Actually, just received info From Vancouver MB that My Smart comfirm with the NHTSA Safety Standard and it's eligable for import.
