You can take rt. 13M to Yue Man Sq. , then walk to APM
Get on rt. 277X bus on the ground floor of APM

If you want faster, you can take 95 to Choi Hung, shift to 277X
but I am afraid you cannot get on rt. 277X bus there
as these few days are CNY holidays
and 277X is quite full normally.

13M在總站下車轉也可。
