2 axles Olympian with a Cumminus engine, even one was made by Leyland and other was by Volvo
It doesn't matter whether it has a Cummins or Volvo engine at all, as UK-based
Olympians are typically limited at 55-60mph. Even taking those with seats with
seat belts, they are only cleared to a higher limit of 62mph. Comparing them
with the unrestricted Citybus #19 is like comparing apple to orange.
In any case, 2-axle Cummins engined Olympians shall not be as quick as the
19 anyway, as they only have the non-turbocharged L10 engine, rated at 215bhp.
Volvo-engined ones, esp. the D10A ones, may be a closer comparison - again
if they were not limited.
