[請留意]倫敦Routemaster 退役安排消息: 路線 38 及 159

根據LOTS 網站的最新消息, 38 線在10月28日 Last Day 的特別車安排已經公佈,請自行到其網站下載時間表.  http://www.lots.org.uk

不懂前往Clapton 車廠的人仕,在 Central London 如須快捷的方法, 可乘地鐵Victoria Line 北行列車前往Highbury & Islington站,然後轉乘東行方向的 Silverlink Metro 火車往Hackney Central, 下車步行少於兩分鐘即抵Arriva Clapton (CT) 車廠. 火車班次約每15-20分鐘一班,請自行往 http://www.nationalrail.co.uk 查閱時間表. Hackney Central 站位於Zone 2 收費區內.

159 - 又根據該網站報導, 12月9日的 159線 Routemaster 尾班車將於當天約中午時份從Marble Arch 開出, 並非有如以往的晚上尾班車, 請各位留意. 另12月8日將有特別車行駛,詳細內容於安排完善後再另行公佈.

38 last day個日都好多人...有由德國來的, 又有由Manchester來的...
而有很多本地人都話會係last day個日再來
看來12月8日, 9日都應該十分熱鬧!

Forthcoming events are:

11 Nov: last day of operation of First on route 27, so a routemaster will run. timetable can be found on www.lots.org.uk

14 Nov 2005: routes 9 + 15: Routemaster operation start on both routes.

8 Dec 2005: route 159: 'enthusiasts' day with extra buses - guest buses running on route 159 every 20 minutes. details and timetables to be announced.
9 Dec 2005: at 1200 the last routemaster will run on route 159.

10+17 Dec: route 372- 2 RTs run by Blue Triangle, while Ensign buses will run special old buses on commercial route X80. details to be confirmed - especially the operation on route 372.

There might be an extra 'event' in December.

as you can see, plenty of 'specials' to come!
