They obviously have no idea on how the franchise works whatsoever.
Please look well into the issue. Connex is not the only one to blame.
While it's reasonable to cut delays and cancellations, services every 2 mins are impossible outside peak time.
There is simply no such demand. 10 mins service frequency during offpeak daytime would be more realistic.
Werribee Line has been running a 10-min timetable during offpeak daytime for quite a while.
Hopefully more lines will get this service level soon.
