If it is going via Tung Chung and Airport already... Why would pax need to interchange with S1???
Well... I dont think the demand is that great between Airport/Tung Chung and DisneyLand... So even if they start the route... I dont think it need to be as frequent as 15mins... Maybe 20/30mins would be fine already since there are a varity of option between Airport/Tung Chung and DisneyLand like S1->MTR, E32->R8...
