The rail line is for LRT Project that was supposed to be done more then 15 years ago, but the efficient county hold the project until this year due to lack of money, Breda duo Mode bus did had a guide rail for operation, but it's for guiding towards the side walk of the station, but it's no used , and Metro bus took it off around 1992.
DE 60 LF supposed to run at the tunnel with Electric power, but alot of driver forgot to turn on the Hybrid drive with driving out side of the tunnel, therefore, alot of time, there are not enought power to run the bus in the tunnel, therefore, they used diesel to run sometime, or hybrid (Diesel and Electric), also, at peak hour, D60LF and Gillig also run in the tunnel.

No no no, DE 60LF is replacing the Breda Duo Mode, they are not Trolley bus with Diesel, they are Hybrid, the above pot is to store the electric running unit., and there's also a Catapilla C9 engine that runs the bus.
