Please check out the rest of the manufacturers of the Kilo, especially those 2 in the Baltic Sea...they are the most troublesome one.
It is not easy to do ASW job for everyone in that area, but at least it is better for experienced crews with better equipment than novice crews with outdated equipment #
"以地制空, 以地制海"......those wordings are really historical, and ask the Russians, they will tell you it won't work, finally. That's why their tactic started to change in the early 80's. Hope China won't fall into the same trap again.
If you don't have larger landing ships, how will you transport sufficient troops AND their equipments to Taiwan? ;)
