The word "Solution" means stating the statement here...
See the essay number 278798...
I am sorry that I have no idea about this.
The bordmate was not asking for [where] but [why] did you use "Solution:".
I may be wrong here, further comments are welcome.#
From my point of view, the use of "Solution:"
should be restricted to solving a problem (especially a mathematical one),
but not when answering a question asking for facts,
stating your own opinion or reporting something.
Would you find "Solution:" in the beginning of Hong Kong Observatory's weather report?
For example -
1.
A: My CD-writer is not working. I am frustrated. What should I do?
B: Solution: Take it to repair or so and so...
2.
A: How many apples are there in two dozens of apples?
B: Solution: 12 x 2 = 24 apples
3.
A: The weather is bad today.
B: [No "solution" here] We have got 100mm of precipitation in the last 2 hours. My god!
I have also noticed your usage of "Solution:" in almost all your posts,
but sometimes these are just unnecessary, redundant or even confusing.
Thank you very much for your attention, and if you have further opinions,
I would be glad to dicuss it in a new thread.

It is 1439 now and the clouds are reflecting the sunlight. The buildings even have shadows.
Let's hope the weather would not be too bad.

Stating the fact:
Check the HK Observatory web page. The official sunny days will happen after 6/29/05, including rainstorm plus sunshine. Pay attention that no sunshine is allowed on 6/28/05 because of the day after later-thunderstorm (very huge thunderstorm).
However, we are still looking forward to having sunshine in Hong Kong... #:-*#:-*
O.T. There has been continuing later- sunny period in Los Angeles... #:-*
