Have you check if your coach stops at Heathrow, or if there is direct service to the airport? If not, yes, you will have to change at Heathrow Central. Follow the sign for the Heathrow Express/Heathrow Connect train and get one to T5. As someone else have mentioned, it is free (in fact all transport, except the underground, is free with the Heathrow airport area).

I will take a coach from my town to London Victoria. I checked NatEx's website, they have numerous services between Victoria and Heathrow CBS (but not T5), but these services are heading to other cities or towns in England, so I think Heathrow CBS is only a midway stop, right? Anyway, it should be convenient to change for the Heathrow Express / Heathrow Connect at CBS towards T5. I am now more sure with my journey, thanks for your help.
