Where do you arrive from?
I believe the coaches from Lavia stop in different station
then those from across the harbour.
The Coach station I have been is quite remote and
in a tired district, but there should be buses to city centre,
and there is also ATM inside. (The time I arrived was
about 7am on Sunday, which was not possible to find a bank)
I think the station Mr89B posted is in the one near the entrance
of old town, under a large shopping mall and supermarket.
(Sorry I cannot type Chinese in this compu).

It seems difficult to meet sunny day there,
it was frezzing when I went there and cloudy too,
and it was Sunday, most shops just closed,
it does not feel like a capital.
