相信你都知無線電通信會有一套標準, 呢套標準唔同一般 "閒話家常", "simple english",
如果 simple english o係無線電通信中使用無問題, 都唔駛特別發明另一套o野囉。
所以 RKO 呢, 唔知會唔會係一o的防止平時日常 " ...

我想知ATC同RKO有乜關係...

即使用無線電亦未必同RKO有關.

didnt you spot the problem?!
the ground was asking question, not giving commands
if the pilots cant even tell the difference between that,
it wont do any good even if the pilots master RKO.
in that case, ground was asking if they have been cleared into the ramp, not commanding 981 to taxi or doing anything.
Shouldn't the pilot answer either yes or no?
I know nothing about flying, but thats how i got from the conversation.

假如因為塔台沒使用他應該使用的標準用語去發問問題,
那機師也可能未必能正確聽懂, 這跟他是發問還是發出
指令沒有關係。
