東鐵綫月台影像分析系統安裝工程

MTR Corporation Limited invites qualified contractors to express their interest in tendering for the provision of Video Analytic (VA) for Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) system at East Rail Line (EAL) strategic platforms for facilitating effective monitoring of platform situations.

The contractor shall supply and install the following (but not limited to):

1. Servers with VA software
2. Network switches
3. Workstations with Alarm Management Software
4. Visual and audio indicators
5. Cabinets
6. Power, data cables and accessories.

CCTV VA system shall be installed at all EAL platforms except Hung Hom Station. The system shall interface with existing IP-based CCTV system for obtaining video streams of selected cameras at platforms. The video streams shall be fed to servers for VA at Telecom Equipment Room and detection of major scenarios such as passenger climbing over Automatic Platform Gates or lining up beyond yellow line.
