Foundation requirement
This proposed building foundation along the frontage of Tam Kung Road should be set back at least 1 M outside the Mass Transit Inner Reserve and the carried down to a minimum depth of -11 M P.D. or to a bedrock if it occurs at a high level.

Area surrendered to public.
香港工商銀行大廈:
Hatch area to set back for Inner Reserve for M.T.R.C.
德勝大廈:
Hatched area to be surrendered for MTR Reserve.
康富大廈:
Area to be set back requested by Mass Transit Railway.
建安大廈:
Area which may be acquired by govt. for Mass Transit scheme.
長城大廈:
Hatched area for U/G railway reserve to be surrendered to govt. free of cost.
Mass Transit Requirement
1. Building foundation should be set back at least 3 ft. clear of the Mass Transit Inner Reserves.
2. Foundation adjacent to the Mass Transit Inner Reserves should be taken down to at least 59 ft. below grd. lev. i.e. -35.00 P.D.
3. No part of building will be permitted to extend over the inner reserves up to a height of 40ft. above road leve l.
