One or two years ago, the city of Las Vegas introduced 40-50 Enviro 500 for the Las Vegas Strip shuttle service. One-way trip costs 2 USD (16 HKD) and a day pass is 5 USD. Information about the service is plentiful on the internet. I think this particular bus service is called The Deuce. Make that your keyword when you search online.
I am lucky to live close enough to Las Vegas. I even took a trip on one of those E500's just two weeks ago. There are better photos out there than the ones I'm posting here, but here they go, anyway:
On Janurary 2006, it is confirmed that GO transit will NOT purchase double deckers at this moment...
instead they will purchase the 31 MCI highway buses...
Wow, did u see that photo, even thought the accident is so series, but the bus body remain intact, this is because US version uses all Aluminum body panel and no fiber glass. But it's much more heavier.
