黨鐵標售第二期輕鐵列車

MTR Corporation Limited invites qualified contractors/buyers to express their interest in tendering for the disposal / sale of 28 cars of Light Rail Vehicles (LRVs).

These Phase 2 LRVs are currently running in the Corporation’s Tuen Mun Light Rail Line and are planned to be in service until one month prior to scheduled service retirement from Q2 2021 to Q4 2023.

The Corporation is open to consider various feasible means/methods for disposal of these LRVs, from resale as whole LRVs to disassemble to sale as scrap. The Corporation will also consider any feasible community service plans or environmental initiatives utilizing the retired trains. Interested companies and entities are welcome to register according to the instructions below.

至於點解係28 而唔係30 就等知情人仕解答喇, 但唔好ff 咩留兩架翻新繼續服務嗰d

或者留1201+1071拿嚟改裝二次改裝方便他日馱埋做五代車行751/610加班車!!

應該要留件畀一期車，始終一期同二期嘅底係差唔多

其實點解年資較長嘅一期車可以再翻新，但反而二期就需要退役

因為當年一期中左伏，買新車同翻新既成本相約

睇段文咁寫，唔似會一炮過退2期車，
應該會喺第十一架5期車開始服役之後，
喺維持68+30+20+22+10=150架輕鐵服務嘅前提下，
以每出1架5期新車、就退1架2期車處理
