2.  Scope of Services

The scope of design for TMS Extension will include:

      (a) multi-disciplinary technical study to develop, illustrate and complete the design of the railway scheme.

      (b) preparation of construction programme, project risk assessment, costs and revenue;

      (c) liaison with Government Departments and the relevant authorities to acquire all the necessary
           statutory requirements in an enquiry submission;

      (d) preparation of the gazette plans; and

      (e) providing supports to public consultation
