For the period 28/10-3/11, frequency shown is 1237, which I guess represents 28/10-31/10 (28/10 is Sun, and 31/10 is Wed), then what happen during 1/11 & 3/11? Does it mean no flight during 1/11-3/11?

Included in the slot, 1237 I don't get why it was written like that.
Air Canada stated to include Nov 01-03 in Oct 28-31 (1237)
