The scope of Works under this Contract includes minor structural modification, ABWF works, building services works and the enabling works for the associated E&M systems for the station commercial and improvement works at University Station, as briefly described below:
1. Construction of new kiosks, Ticket Issuing Machine Room, station store, advertising billboard at the main concourse and the passenger ramp outside Entrance B;
2. Renovation of existing Customer Services Centre, audit room, public toilets, accessible toilet, staff locker rooms and toilets;
3. Replacement of internal finishes at concourse level and the 24-hours corridor;
4. Relocation of advertising panels and replacement of station signage;
5. Enabling works for the relocation of ATM machines, ticket machines and entry gates.
工程主要涉及大堂, 月台部分相信已交由沙中線負責.
