FYI, this morning I saw a VO at route 198 at Boon Lay interchange. Depends on your luck
Route 198 does have 20-25mins of journey on expressway (AYE) which you will like to ride VO on

If I see logo of non-wheelchair access bus from the app IRIS,
on which routes it had a greater chance to be a VO (rather than single decker buses)?

May I also know the depolyment of the only gemilang B9TL (SBS7777Y)?

It is a permanant training bus at the moment, so it will not be in passenger service.

TRG= Training Bus

SBS7777Y 現在經已是訓練巴士, 正常來說是退出了載客服務...

SBS 同SMRT 都有唔少樣版車都變左訓練巴士 (B7RLE, citaro, OC500LE,順豐K230/310雞)...

Today is my first day here in Singapore,
Very luckily, spending just a half day, successfully shot a VO (not carrying passengers) in Eunos (anyone know what route it is on today?)
And ride 2 other VO on 25 and 86 (Expressway section!!!) respectively.
These TD102KF engined VO with ZF gearbox sound very similar the cummins engined Olympian in Hong Kong, which is my beloved!
It's a great fun to ride them indeed!


Tomorrow is a Saturday (do most citizen here work on Sat?)
I guess the chance of catching VO might greatly reduce?

另外堆車係"立"版GL牌4波TD豪,九巴堆AV87-111爽好多

It should be SBS9648Z (SL 154) if you caught it at Eunos. Saw it yesterday during the PM Peak hours on service.

Singapore largely follows a 5 day work week, so there will be less buses on the roads today.
