  Because they steal Plastic Route Display!!

Q1: But they steal the Plastic Route Display which is classified as "冷馬牌"  and should be no these display had been sold away.    And also it shows to all the students and the candidates of HKCEE/HKALE the school.  
Q2:Why I can't do this????
