MTR Corporation Limited invites qualified contractors to express their interest in tendering for Contract K3025-20C : Integrated Entrance and Enhancement of Vertical Link between Platforms 2 & 3 in Tai Wai Station (TAW).
The scope of Works includes the structural, architectural and building works and E&M works for the following:
a) Provision of a mini concourse at Mezzanine Level.
b) Decking over of the existing ceiling void at Mezzanine Level and structural modifications works for an escalator pit, a lift pit and a staircase opening.
c) Modification and relocation of the existing plant rooms and function rooms at Mezzanine and Platform Levels.
d) Associated building and structural work for the lift and escalator installation.
e) Modification of existing passageway at Platform Level.
