Finally we(as technical manics) might got a good position(ease to access, short distance enough) to view the dynamics between pantograph and the overhead lines.

根本工程都未完成,而家咁快整乾淨有咩用 ?

I think they want to complete everything early so that there is enough time for tests and to see how well the system wears with time.
