My families are involved in the US house Building Business. All I can say is that, it's not possible to use bricks or cement to build houses under 5 floors in most states, due to Earth Quakes, Hurricane, Tornado, etc....if places like Texas, and the south uses bricks to build houses, when the tornado come, the brick will be picked up and when it falls, it will knock out people (Same as Earth Quakes, Bricks are more dangerous then woods)

In Citiese like New Oreleans, the welth gap is really great, there are africans Americans that are living way below the proverty line...but there are also alot of rich Cacasian, and Asian American there, (Hense upper class restaurents such as Emerald of New Oreleans, and others that are opened by celebraty chefs that appears on TV..Some doesn't even appear @ the west coast).
