Well... Jordan seems possible since RJ will be joining OneWorld soon so CX could work with them...
Cairo... Well... It is a destination getting more and more popular to people from Hong Kong... So possible but traffic could be seasonal...
But Lebanon seems not too possible at this moment... Maybe they could work with RJ and code-share on their flights from AMM if CX decide to begin flights to Jordan...
About Oman/Saudi Arabia/Kuwait... I think do have a chance but not as high...
If I have to rank them... I would say
Jordan>Egypt>Saudi Arabia>Oman/Kuwait>Lebanon
Also... Reading that, seems like CX is giving up SVO-MAN and go ahead with HKG-SVO without onward to MAN... This would be a really sad news for those living in North of England... Maybe SQ/EK/QR could be their best option rather than travelling down to LHR...
