Singapore has alot of them, it's really common as Maxi cab. However, they won't stop for u if u tender them on the street, they will only accept call service (even thought regulation saids they have to stop for hirer)
BTW: around EPR time/ traffic time, the taxi drivers always like to pick and choose passenger in Singapore. |
