有說指（好像是在香港地方討論區）下一代TOYOTA Corolla都是1.8L,
未知是否說出這話的HONDA Sales語出驚人靠嚇～

現在油價越來越貴, 如果Corolla同Civic都沒有1.8以下選擇,
小型房車的市場佔有率勢必被其他車廠入侵.

Well, the problem is that no one else wants a civic/ corolla in 1.5L anymore, even Singapore (who used to have 1.5, how are offering 1.6/ 1.8L Corolla Altis) and last generation civic in 1.7L, when there are no profit for 1.5L, the manufacture will not make them....they can not just develop a 1.5L model for the tiny Hk and Macao market..

同時我亦相信在現有牌費制度框架內,
及高油價的大氣候影響下,
未能提供1.5L版本的廠商將會成為市場佔有率下降的因素,
我亦唔認為香港政府會為此改變牌費制度.

前排睇日本d車書都好似話新Corolla主打o係1800cc

之前睇過有汽車雜誌指新Civic有1.4L版本，可能較得一般家庭用家歡心～

1.4果隻o係Hybrid~不過本田代理合群咁"積極"....應該冇行貨黎香港

I've read somewhere that even Nissan Tilda might comes with 1.8L later, cause Asian market are favoring the 1.8L version, such as the Latio in Singapore (Tilda) offers the 1.8L.  Probably in the near future, most small car will offer 1.8L, and when most major brand does that in HK, the market will be stable again...the only problem is...consumer will be paying a little bit more tax...
