Hey try doing that @ a freeway, I think you will end up in 2 places, First: at court, because you will have a lengthy explaination to the judge on how come you are driving below the speed limit (in alot of states, driving under the speed limit will result in a ticket!) Second: In the hospital, if your vehicle is too slow and someone rearend your car (say about 70 mph), I think you will have a good chance that you will end up in the ER, also, if the driver behind you sue you for endangerment (Even thought in US/ CAN, the driver behind you is responsible, but if the front driver are driving below speed limit, he can also be liable), then you might have to share the medial and car repairing bills (Which is unreasonably high $$$).

Especially where I'll be moving to at winter, Ellensberg, WA. A town of 10,000. And guess what, There's no public transportation, because even has a car or truck (A farming community) I don't think it's possible to not drive (unless if you want to walk @ a dry day with a temperature of 5 degrees F).
