MTR Corporation Limited invites qualified contractors to express their interest in tendering for the provision of sprinklers at Prince Edward Station (PRE) and Yau Ma Tei Station (YMT).
The scope of the Works shall include the design, supply and installation of sprinkler system at the concourse level (including the public areas and back of house areas), adits and station entrances of PRE and YMT. The system shall be directly fed from existing town supply mains. The Works shall also include the modification of the existing building services, structural and architectural finishes to suit the new sprinkler system.

Apart from PRE and YMT, sprinkler installation projects will be implemented progressively in other stations along Tsuen Wan Line, Kwun Tong Line and Island Line. Subject to satisfactory performance in PRE and YMT, the Contractor(s) may be requested to undertake more sprinkler installation projects in the other stations.
