今年第二個熱帶氣旋：玉兔

上一個也是名為玉兔的熱帶氣旋，便令到香港要懸掛八號風球（2001年7月25日），不過因為那次沒有人死亡，所以玉兔這個名稱可以重用，不過這次應該不會影響香港：

Yes, of course it can. But if a TC cause serious causalties, the affected country/ies can request to get rid of that TC name from the current TC name list.

The current TC names were renew and use since 01/01/2006, the TC name list can find in this web site: http://www.weather.gov.hk/informtc/tcInfoc.htm
