Our Family bought Metro Town Lei....and guess what, other than MTR there are no transportation (only few buses...) no wonder they also bought 2 parking space...

This is a rare environmental model in Hong Kong

Why they have to buy 2 parking??
MTR/KCR can bring u to almost everywhere in Hong Kong without any hurdles
Even if they go to Sai Kung/Stanley, changing bus at Choi Hung/Central is very convenient

If I were u, I would tell them to do some good to the earth and not to buy any parking
