不過, 巴士規管本來就唔係立法會要做的工作, 而係下級例如市議會的工作

If you really like buses (like me), you can go and work your way up the ladder of the bus company system. Alternatively, you can elect for the District Council if you really want to.

You should encourage boardmate trying to get into some organisation which he/she can fight for improvement in bus industry
