icic, this is why First Community have to consider again for buying E500 (because they might have to use First Transit own fund, or actually, having a long establish tradition of Puget Sound buses....(building the buese from parts, including chassic....as most Metro's NFI, Breda, Gillig are actually assembly at their own plan at Airport way....Community Transit's NFI are assembly in the NFI US parts, and I've heard that AD have agreement to assembly E500 in US, including chassic...)
