其實如果升降機可以取代的小巴線，根本一早就唔應該存在

其實唔係小巴利益問題，石排灣有半山個鐘牙力，起 ...

umm.... the situation is very similar to Chai Wan Hing Wah / Wan Tsui Estate or Tin Wan Estate as many needies and the weak be loated here due to the government policy .....
