please don't use the word 良知 to level the people, it is like I should not use stupid to describe others.
I believe there are so many youths with heart staff in MTR. You can say this is a wrong decision to open the train door, but if it closed or depart Yeun Long station, you would have another opinion. why MTR can leave the people in Yeun Long or why don't let them get on the train. |

同意, 我認為港鐵要檢討類似事件應對方法, 呢間公司危機管理有好多問題, 問責係需要, 但之後應對方法亦十分重要 |

港鐵第一次發生咁大規模打鬥場面有甩漏都在所難免，清客都係按正常程序做野沒有問題！
列車都行唔到冇辦法繼續行程，
當年兩單列車縱火案都係清客、對面線飛站甚至封站清場

As I know, the fighting start from the gate to the train, it should be the order of fighting, and it look more make sense to explain the native VS opposite. I agree, MTR should review the risk management of that. we need more trust and real fact rather than rumor.
